The CISO’s Dilemma: Balancing Security, Compliance, and Business Growth
CISOs today face an almost impossible balancing act, protecting their organisations from relentless threats while enabling business innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and justifying security spend.
How do you make the right decisions without compromising security or business objectives?

At this thought-provoking dinner, with Black Duck’s CISO, Bruce Jenkins and CRO Sean Forkan, we will explore critical questions that every CISO must confront and address the growing complexity of cloud, AI and third-party risks:
•              How do you prove the value of security spend when leadership sees it as a cost centre only, rather than an investment in business risk management?
•              How are you ensuring you comply with regulations like NIS2, DORA and GDPR?
•              What steps are you taking to build resilience against supply chain disruptions caused by cyber threat or regulatory failures?
•              Is your organization prepared for a major breach, or just hoping it won’t happen?

We want to listen and understand what keeps you up at night in this closed-door discussion.
